JAVASCRIPT & DYNAMIC CONTENT

INTRODUCTION

JAVASCRIPT and DYNAMIC CONTENT
Ever since I was a child I have had a compelling need to know how and why things work. In my 44 years on this earth I have "reverse-engineered" everything from toys to Toyotas. Html and Javascript are no exeptions. In my wake I have left hundreds of broken Javascripts. Through it all I have learned a thing or two. One thing I have learned is most JS tutes are Very confusing.

The good people at the Tribune have asked me to try and help people learn to dabble in JS. In the coming issues of the Tribune we will take a walk through some JS scripts that will add dynamic content "DHTML" to your pages. No need to be afraid (smile) the first lessons are very simple.

This is my first "tute" on any subject. Though the concept and codes are mine, I must admit the actual instruction part has been a collaborative effort. I would like to thank the friends I have made at Paulie's Interface Newsgroup for helping me make this tute what it is. So I encourage you all to get your feet wet in Javascript. Your pages may thank you for it.
