Becky has taken you through the steps needed to make an interesting frame for an image. Did you notice while you were working in the Decorate tool that below the Border, Frame, Raise and Sunken is an Option, called Compose? This filter works only with Border and Frame.

At this point, we have framed the image twice. BUT, BEFORE clicking on Decorate to finish this second frame, we'll scroll down to the Optional Compose. Select one of the Composites, click on it and THEN click on Decorate. Below are two examples:
