| HERE'S A (HORIZONTAL) RULE |
| What's a horizontal rule? In HTML, it means a tag that draws a line across the webpage, like so:
"Oh yeah, but other than separating one section of a page from another, what else are they good for?" you might ask. You can use them in sidebars, to separate one link name from another. Take a look at my home page (sorry, computer users, but you'll be sent to a different home page if you click on the following link):

Of course, this isn't exactly fine table art. A very creative MSNTV table artist, JazzyJ, loves to use horizontal rules as table art decorations. So please do read his excellent tutorial:
