When I call the MSNTV techs about my webby not working, I want them just once to tell me that MSNTV is broke. Don't tell me that my unit is worn out or that I must have bad phone lines!!!
And before I hang up I want them to say,
"BTW, since your unit only worked half the time, you'll only owe half your subscription rate this month."

I wish people would build their websites with links to each page. I love a website with 20 pages where I have to wade through 17 pages one at a time to get to page 18!
